Shipping & Payment
Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on working days and dispatched immediately. Our standard delivery takes 7 to 10 working days within Austria and Germany. All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Mondsee or directly from our partners. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it immediately. For orders within the EU, all additional costs such as VAT and customs duties are included in the stated price. For orders outside the EU, all prices are exclusive of VAT and duties. The price also excludes the cost of physical customs inspection in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts. Customs regulations vary from country to country - please contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that customs authorities may cause delays in delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure we can accept your return, please note the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition.

The original packaging must not be damaged.

Products must be sealed and unused.

Personalized or perishable items are excluded from exchanges or returns.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
3. Return Process

We will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exceptions

Sale items are excluded from exchanges.

Opened or used items cannot be returned.
